It's a new decade, and we'd like to create a clear vision of our intentions and goals we want to set for 2020.

It's all about setting achievable goals and prioritizing things that matter most to us this year. Read on for our achievable list of mindful goals for this new decade:

Boundaries
So often we try to please those around us that we lose ourselves in these tasks we set out to do for others. This year write a list of boundaries and things you will not tolerate and stick to it!

Change Your Morning Routine
Wake up an hour earlier than you normally do, to avoid starting your day in a rush. Waking up 20 mins before you have to make a mad dash for the door really sets the tone for the day. Allowing yourself to have more time in the morning really makes a difference. Reflect on what time of day you want to have and what you'd like to accomplish.

Manifest
We love the power of Manifesting! Speak your goals into existence. We can't create what we don't know we want. Make a list of your goals to manifest and put it out into the world regularly. Read your list often, tell your friends about your manifesting goals and put it out into the world!

Simplify
Simplify your life, don't take 2019's clutter into 2020. Start where you feel the most overwhelmed and find a way to minimize. Whether it be physical or mentally find ways to cut back and clear out.

Self Appreciation
Spends some time appreciating yourself make time weekly or even daily thinking about all that you have already accomplished. Learn to stop comparing yourself to others or personas you see on instagram. Life can be so hard it's easy to forget to appreciate ourselves, and this year is not to be one we will want to forget! 

Sleep Routine
Prioritize your sleep like your life depends on it! Sleep is so important, yet it's the number one thing that is always easily compromised. Sleep is important for our mental heal, physical help and can be the best medicine for your body. Set a bed time and try to stick to it as often as you can.
