We are not responsible for personalized pieces being made incorrectly if you do not provide us with the correct Arabic translation (Arabic Name Necklace) or correct inscription for any personalized piece. Please double check all spelling.
We use Google Translate for translating names/words, and we are more than happy to help any customer with their translations prior to placing their orders with any language piece.
Should your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it and pay for the shipping costs. Please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com with your order number as soon as you notice any quality issues.
JEWELRY WARRANTEE: All sterling silver pieces are warranted for six months from the shipping date. All solid gold pieces are warranted for 2 years from the shipping date. These warrantees are for repairs for damaged pieces including missing stones, fading, broken chains, broken pieces and other damaged related issue only. Stainless Steel and Fashion Pieces are not warranted.
Refunds as a result of returns will be processed within 4 weeks of us receiving your returned item(s); however, in most cases you will receive a refund sooner.

You may return most non-personalized pieces within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs paid); however, personalized items and earrings are non-returnable/non-refundable.
The item(s) you are returning must be new and remain in the original packaging. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
