Hi dolls! Below is all the information you may need to know on how we, and you as our customers, are being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Are we still taking orders?

Yes! You can still order from our website during this time.

How long will shipping take?

At this time, we cannot accurately provide our customers with an ETA for their orders. Both personalized and non-personalized orders are taking longer than normal to be shipped.

Where is my order?

Unfortunately, our orders are backed due to production temporarily shutting down and delays with shipping couriers because of restrictions in specific states and countries. We are doing our best to get your order to you ASAP!

When will the Fashion Collection be back in stock?

The manufacturer we use to produce our Fashion pieces is currently shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are in constant contact with them in regards to when they will be reopening. Currently, we have no ETA. Please keep reading if you are waiting on a Fashion order or have placed one recently.

I placed an order for a Fashion piece. What do I do?

There are two options. 1) You could wait until production reopens and we will notify you when the item you have ordered is back in stock. You will then receive your item as normal. 2) We could refund your order and notify you when it is back in stock. You could then reorder the item and have it shipped as normal.
