Shipping Policy:

Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for personalized items to be produced and shipped, and a minimum of 7 business days for non-personalized items. Please note that this time frame does not include the delivery time. If you need to place an urgent order, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@jewelsbydurrani.comPlease note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season and during specific sales and promotions.

When you place an order, we will email you a confirmation. Shipping status will remain as "Awaiting Fulfillment" until shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world; however, please note if First Class Package International Service is selected for shipping, we are not responsible for any item(s) that are sent over seas and lost/delayed during travel.

All packages are shipped out of our USA warehouse. Please note that different countries have different laws regarding the import of silver and gold jewelry. Before you choose a shipping method, it is important that you check with your local post office regarding additional fees that you may be charged when collecting the package. Any VAT or tax charge is the customer's responsibility. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.

Important: Once your order is hand-packed and prepared for shipping, we send your order off through a third party courier for safe delivery. After your package is handed off to the shipping courier, Jewels By Durrani is no longer liable for the package/item. If a customer does not receive the package or if the tracking says delivered and the customer did not receive the package, then the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier for lost items. Jewels By Durrani does not take responsibility for any lost/undelivered packages. All claims must be made by the customer through the carrier your package was shipped with.
