Do you provide gift wrapping options?

Yes! Please email us at info@jewelsbydurrani.com and we can provide gift wrapping for an additional $5.00.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are happy to serve shoppers from all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination. Duties and taxes from countries outside the US are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

How long does it take to get my order?

All in-stock, non-personalized items generally take a minimum of 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. Shipping time varies depending on method and location. All personalized items take a minimum of 14 business days to produce before they are shipped.

 

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email, OR, check the My Account section on the website.

 

How do I return my item?

Personalized items are not eligible for returns since these pieces are MADE-TO-ORDER. If you would like to return any non-personalized piece within 14 days of purchase, please email info@jewelsbydurrani.com to start the return process. We will then send you a shipping form so you can send back the item you are returning. Once this item is received, we will refund your original form of payment (minus shipping costs paid).

 

What if I am not happy with the chain length of my purchase?

Most items’ chains can be switched out for a different style or different length. Please email us at info@jewelsbydurrani.com so we can send you over the link to purchase your updated chain. 

 

What is the best way to care and clean for JBD pieces?

Depending on the metal of the piece (solid gold, gold plating over sterling silver or stainless steel) the care instructions can differ. We provide care cards with all purchases. We always recommend not showering with any plated piece to help ensure the quality of the piece. Also, using various oils and perfumes can affect the plating of your item. Please note: Most items are plated over sterling silver, NOT over a base metal to make sure we provide the best quality to our customers.

 

What happens if my item arrives broken or damaged?

If your item arrives broken, damaged or there is any error with your purchase, please email info@jewelsbydurrani.com so we can properly assist you and get the correct, non-damaged item to you ASAP. 

 

What happens if my item tarnishes?

Over time normal wear and tear can occur on any plated piece; however, if you experience any unusual discoloration, please email us at info@jewelsbydurrani.com so we can look into this for you. We never want our customers to be unhappy with their purchase!

 

What if I need extra help or advice about my purchase?

Please email us at info@jewelsbydurrani.com and we can help you with any additional questions or concerns you may have. We love hearing from our customers and encourage them to reach out to us with any specific idea they may have for a custom piece. We LOVE new ideas!
