Whether you’re still seeing piles of snow on the ground or you’re already dancing through fields of flowers, Spring officially arrives this week!
If you’re on the East Coast- fear not. The snow melting has already begun. For the West Coast? Well...stop rubbing it in our faces (LOL).

When Spring rolls in there’s a few phases we all go through...
1. SPRING CLEANING
If you’re anything like us, as soon as the warm weather breaks, we tear through our closets.
That means getting rid of the clutter and our stash of clothes that have fallen out of trend but we’re hoping will one day come back in style. (It's okay- we’ll allow you to keep ONE Juicy Couture track suit for memories. We’re ALL waiting for that one to come back. LOL)
Trust us! Spending your Saturday with the windows open, airing out, and decluttering your space will do wonders for your Spring mood.

2. DAYLIGHT SAVINGS
There’s just something about when it stays brighter for longer that makes us want to do more with our day.
It just makes you feel like there’s more hours in the day so get outside, write your to-do list down, and get ahead of your goals!

3. SPRING DIET
Ughhhhhhh. This one we just don't love. Facing the fact that it's getting warmer and we’re going to be wearing less forces us to think about wanting to tone things up.
So maybe we should put down the chips that we've been eating through the winter hibernation, and get on the health wave. Say, plan like one or two sweat session a week? (maybe we’ll commit?!!?!?)
