1 cup frozen fruit (banana, mixed berries, tropical mix)
1 cup of fresh greens (spinach, kale, or arugula)
1/2 –
1 cup [your choice] (almond milk, soy milk, coconut water, etc.)
1/2 tablespoon ground seeds (flax, chia, etc.)
Blend and enjoy!

GingerGinger is known to give fast relief to the digestion of alcohol. It also soothes the stomach.
So ether brew a cup of ginger tea with lots of honey, or much on a few slices of ginger.
This is one of our favorites keeping a bit of ginger in the house is good for a lot of things, but if you don't have any ginger in the house a good old ginger ale will also do the trick!
