So we are here to talk about hangover cures! You had a night out and a few too many cocktails - it happened to the best of us and we're certainly not judging ;)
You had a great night and made it through not drunk texting your ex or posting anything regrettable online, yet the grueling stomach and pounding headache is still lingering from the previous night...

Don't worry we've got you covered with some great all natural remedies that actually work and are way better for your body!

Resist the craving for all the greasy foods we promise you it'll only make you feel worse. The worst thing you can do in a hangover is not fuel your body with nourishing food, so this drink will be the perfect recipe for you to get all the nutrients in...

1 cup
frozen fruit (banana, mixed berries, tropical mix)
1 cup of fresh greens (spinach, kale, or arugula)
1/21 cup [your choice] (almond milk, soy milk, coconut water, etc.)
1/2 tablespoon ground seeds (flax, chia, etc.)

Blend and enjoy!

Ginger



Ginger is known to give fast relief to the digestion of alcohol. It also soothes the stomach.

So ether brew a cup of ginger tea with lots of honey, or much on a few slices of ginger. 

This is one of our favorites keeping a bit of ginger in the house is good for a lot of things, but if you don't have any ginger in the house a good old ginger ale will also do the trick!
