New Years Resolution!
Hi Dolls!
At the start and the finish of a new year it causes us all to reflect on our selves and the past year. I always take some time to think of the previous years resolutions and what we accomplished and what we didn't quite accomplish.
I know i'm not the only one who struggles to self reflect and has a hard time coming up with a good resolution! So we came up with a little trick to help you decide on a resolution worth keeping.
If you haven't yet thought of your 2020 New Year's resolution yet, start by choosing one word from the list below [feel free to add to the list]. Choose a word that has the most significance for you. Think of what exactly that word means to you, and then form a specific resolution to focus on for 2020 based on that word:

The word that I choose from the list was Patience. I need to practice becoming more mindful and relaxing. Weather that be taking the time I need for myself or just stopping to smell the roses... becoming all around more patient this year is a huge goal for myself!
